I am an experienced Microsoft Technician. I reside in Fresno, California. I have been involved with computers since the early  seventies.  I keep myself on top of all the latest changes that are happening  for 2007-2008.  I  understand  multitasking  with  computer software and  I am very meticulous  in every thing I do in the work place.  In  CSR  the customer always comes first to me and  I  always  try  to  solve  problems  to  satisfy  the  customer  and  the  company.
